SILICONE GEL AND SALINE BREAST IMPLANTS

The original saline implants, now after the U.S. FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION (FDA) have approved Silicone Breast Implants, for our breast augmentation surgery procedures. The use of silicone vs saline the original saline option, silicone offers a softer more natural feel vs the saline filled implant. However more importantly it allows for better sculpting and placement, for an overall more natural look.

GUMMY BEAR BREAST IMPLANTS

Also called Cohesive Breast implants, also known as form stable. This is a newer generation of silicone implant used for breast augmentation.

INCISION TECHNIQUES

The duration for the procedure is one to two hours and is usually preformed with general anesthesia. The incisions are made in inconspicuous places to minimize scar visibility. Most patients experience some soreness around the incision area. This usually passes in a day or two and many patients return to work within a week. Any scaring at the incision will begin to fade after the internal healing process is complete, usually in about two months, and will continue to fade as time goes on.
